1. Accepting these terms
These Terms govern Orialis and the one-time purchase of Your Astrological Love Blueprint, a personalized 12-month relationship reading. By confirming the final intake step, you accept these Terms and confirm that you are at least 18.
The seller and operator of Orialis is SIA EASYMAT (Registration No. 40203221390). For company details and support, see our Contact page.
2. What you receive
You receive one personalized digital PDF based on your birth details, questionnaire answers, and optional personal question. It includes a calculated natal chart, symbolic interpretation, selected timing windows across the next 12 months, and practical reflection prompts.
Astrology software and external calculation services support the chart. AI-assisted systems may help structure, draft, edit, and quality-check language and graphics. Sofia personally reviews the calculated chart, your answers, and the final report before approving delivery. This does not mean she writes every sentence entirely by hand.
3. Price, tax, and payment
- The total shown before Stripe Checkout is $79 USD, including applicable tax. There is no subscription, renewal, or hidden add-on.
- Stripe collects required billing details, calculates tax, and processes the one-time payment.
- An order enters preparation only after a signed Stripe webhook verifies successful payment. A browser redirect is not payment confirmation.
- You ask us to begin promptly so we can target delivery within 12 hours. This does not reduce the 14-day refund promise.
4. Preparation and delivery
We target delivery to your order email within 12 hours after verified payment. If incomplete data, a provider outage, or a needed clarification prevents timely delivery, we will contact you or offer a refund. Secure report links expire within 90 days.
5. Refunds
You may request a full refund even if work has started or the PDF has already been delivered. See the Refund Policy.
This promise is in addition to any non-waivable consumer rights.
6. Your inputs and permitted use
Use your own birth details and avoid unnecessary private information about other people. The report is licensed for your personal, noncommercial use. You may save and print it, but may not resell it, misrepresent authorship, bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully.
7. Astrology and self-reflection disclaimer
It is not a scientifically validated prediction method and cannot guarantee an event, relationship, reconciliation, marriage, separation, compatibility, or timing.
- The report does not read another person's thoughts, feelings, fidelity, intentions, or future actions.
- It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, pregnancy, or other professional advice.
- Do not use it as the basis for urgent, high-stakes, or safety-related decisions. Contact an appropriate licensed professional or emergency service.
- You remain responsible for your choices, boundaries, communication, and checking interpretations against observable facts.
8. Errors, liability, and applicable law
If we used the wrong inputs, omitted a promised section, delivered a damaged file, or failed to deliver, email support@orialis-astro.com. We will correct and redeliver, or refund when correction is unavailable or disproportionate.
Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that rule, Orialis is not responsible for decisions made contrary to the disclaimer, loss of mailbox access, or disclosure of a private report link by you.
Applicable mandatory consumer protections are not limited by these Terms. Courts and regulators retain jurisdiction where required by law.
9. Contact and changes
Email support@orialis-astro.com. The version accepted before payment applies to that order; later revisions do not change a paid order retroactively.
