A full refund within 14 days—no explanation required
You may change your mind for any reason. Send the request within 14 calendar days after the payment date.
1. What the guarantee covers
- No reason or evidence is required.
- The refund remains available if preparation has started or the final report has been delivered.
- We return the full order amount without deducting completed work or a refund fee.
This voluntary guarantee supplements all mandatory consumer remedies.
2. How to request it
- Email support@orialis-astro.com from the order email address if possible.
- Include the order reference or order email so we can locate the payment.
- Write clearly that you want to cancel the order and receive a refund.
3. Timing and method
We initiate an approved refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the request. Funds return to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Your bank may need additional processing time. The personal report link may be revoked after refund.
4. After 14 days
Mandatory rights for non-delivery, a defective digital service, or other breach continue after the voluntary window. Contact support so we can assess correction, redelivery, price reduction, or refund under applicable law.
