1. Who controls your information
Orialis is the service name used for this website. The operator and data controller is SIA EASYMAT (Registration No. 40203221390). Email support@orialis-astro.com for privacy requests.
2. Information we process
- Questionnaire and birth details: first name, email, time zone, date/time/place of birth, resolved coordinates, relationship answers, optional story, and personal question.
- Report data: calculated chart factors, drafts, evidence identifiers, review records, final PDF, access expiration, and download history.
- Order data: order reference, payment amount and currency, payment/refund/dispute status, and Stripe identifiers. We do not receive full card details.
- Service and security data: opaque session token, device and request data, support messages, email delivery status, source tags, and audit events.
- Meta advertising measurement: limited event, page, product, price, currency, IP/User-Agent, and eligible Meta browser identifiers. Questionnaire answers, birth details, name, email, report text, and PDF links are excluded.
- Optional Google Ads measurement: with your permission, an ad-click identifier, a purchase reference, payment time, amount and currency, and a general page address without private report tokens. Google's browser tag also receives browser request information. Questionnaire answers, birth details, names, email addresses and report contents are excluded.
Optional text fields do not require names, contact details, medical information, or other sensitive third-party data.
3. Why we use it

An unfinished draft is stored under an opaque session token and is deleted after 24 hours. Questionnaire answers are not sent to Meta. OpenAI, email, and the admin workflow receive questionnaire data only after the final intake confirmation and as needed to prepare or deliver the order.
4. Service providers
- Google Places: a city search query and server-generated search token; your birth date is not sent to Google. Coordinates are resolved server-side and the IANA time zone is determined locally.
- FreeAstroAPI: the minimum birth and location details needed to calculate a chart.
- OpenAI: calculated factors and necessary consented answers to assist with drafting and quality checks; API response storage is disabled where configured.
- Stripe: checkout, automatic tax, billing address, fraud prevention, refunds, and payment verification.
- Resend: essential receipt and report-delivery emails; no marketing messages are included.
- Meta: advertising measurement subject to the data exclusions above. The Google measurement choice is separate from the existing Meta integration.
- Google Analytics: optional website analytics after you choose Accept or enable Product analytics in Cookie settings. Events include page visits, numeric questionnaire progress, checkout starts and confirmed purchases, with browser cookies, order reference, amount and currency. We exclude answers, birth details, contact information and private URL tokens. You can withdraw permission in Cookie settings. Analytics purchases require returning to the site after payment; our payment records remain the source of truth.
- Google Ads: optional advertising measurement after your consent, using the limited fields described above. Google ad personalization and automatic collection of form data are disabled. Verified purchases can be reported from our server even if you do not return from Stripe.
Authorized Orialis reviewers and infrastructure providers receive access only as needed. Cross-border transfers use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses when required.
5. Retention and security
- Unfinished, unconsented draft: 24 hours.
- Personal report link: no more than 90 days.
- Payment, contract, tax, refund, and consent evidence: as required by applicable law and dispute periods.
- Support and production records: only as long as needed for delivery, correction, security, or legal claims.
Controls include restricted admin access, signed links and webhooks, transport encryption, audit records, and data minimization. No storage method is completely risk-free.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; limit certain sensitive-data uses; and appeal a denied request. Orialis does not sell questionnaire or report data for money.
California residents may exercise applicable CCPA rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing, and may not be discriminated against for doing so. Some rights and definitions depend on whether statutory thresholds apply. Browser privacy controls may block advertising technologies, and you may email us to object to or ask about advertising measurement.
Email support@orialis-astro.com. Include the order email and request; reasonable identity verification may be required. EU/EEA residents may also complain to their local supervisory authority.
7. Automation, age, and changes
Calculation and report drafting use automated tools, but Sofia personally reviews every final report before delivery. The service does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Orialis is for adults 18 and older.
Material policy changes will appear here with a new date. The version accepted with an order remains associated with that order.
